Is This The Online Marketing System of The Decade?

/24-7PressRelease/ - AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND, January 12, 2007 - In early 2004.MOM developers realized that the reason for the 95% failure rate in the home business industry resulted from the lack of quality training.Mentors on a Mission (MOM) came into existence to address this problem and to give home business owners a real chance to develop a passive income. In addition, few companies revealed the truth about what it takes to build a successful business from home. Claims such as ,"You will never have to talk to prospects", "the system does all the work for you" or "we will build it for you" were commonplace. Few addressed the real issue of "How to be your own boss" for those having a work at home job. The MOM training system called "Make Money or Make Excuses", claimed to deliver 'the truth'and delivered learning on step by step actions to build a successful homebusiness the same way 'Heavy Hitters' do.It achieves this via live and recorded transmissions - especially welcomed by those who work at home.

Local couple specializes in making others' lives easier

If there is a task that needs to be done, from fixing a screen door to painting a room or cleaning a closet, they are more than willing to step in.

And they won't charge an arm and leg for their services.

The Iowa City couple has recently opened the business, Home Tender.

The idea behind the company is to help simplify the lives of others at an affordable price, said Celia Dunnington, 59.

"We want to be like friends and family that you can call on to do all kinds of things," she said. "We work with people who don't want to burst their budgets."

All throughout their married life, the two have worked to find ways to make things nice without pouring a lot of money into them, she said.

Though the two had worked in the corporate world for many years, last July they chose to say goodbye for the opportunity to work for themselves.

Network Marketing Mentor Helps Online Entrepreneurs Start Online ...

A business mentor has announced that he will pay the cost of advertising for three people who start their own network marketing online business they can operate from home.

St. Augustine, FL/December 20, 2006/FPSnewswire/ - Starting a new network marketing online business web site is easy, but getting customers to find the site is a challenge for most net-entrepreneurs.

Josh Oldham is a member of the "Synergy Team," a group of network marketers who have joined forces to advertise their common business and help each other find greater success.

"Most network marketing, or multi-level marketing business opportunities have a start-up fee associated with them, and then require the new business owner to do all the marketing and advertising. The vast majority of people who start such a business never make any money and quit within a few months, simply because they run out of friends and family," said Oldham.

Not all churches should be probed - Lutfo

MINISTER of Enterprise and Employment Lutfo Dlamini has said only churches which registered under his portfolio should be investigated for profit-making.

In an interview, the minister said there were certain individuals, mostly from other countries, who approached the Training and Localisation Board to apply for work permits under the pretext that they would start non-profit making organisations.

"What I said that day was that, of late, the ministry has been registering more churches as Section 21 companies. They don't go to the Ministry of Home Affairs. They have directors and even lawyers. All I'm saying is that I need to be satisfied that the churches are doing the right thing as they make money and also getting funding from other organisations. I asked the Training and Licencing Board to look into this and I need recommendations," he said.

New home comes with new hope

Just a year ago, Marion Ruiz's husband was killed, leaving the 37-year-old mother alone to raise four children on her own. To make matters worse, her trailer home on FM 1937 was falling apart. It had no running water or electricity, and she feared child welfare workers would remove her children.

But, due to a generous grant from the Bexar County Commissioners — using money from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development — Ruiz and her family were able to begin again.

Although county commissioners administer $1.7 million in HUD money each year, Ruiz's case is unique in that commissioners, which usually cap their disbursements at $25,000 per home, gave Ruiz $41,450 — something the commission hasn't done since the county's big flood of 2002.
